And welcome back to Oh, My Stars mystery quilt. The next block in our series is called the Ohio Star. This is a well-loved and easy block to do. The pattern can be found at QuiltersCache.com but measures 12 inches. Remember all blocks should measure 6.5 inches unfinished and you will need two of them. I am somewhat behind on my blocks due to work and I will be posting my pattern and finished block later this week.
For this block you will need 2 colors and yes, I am still using stash from my 10 inch squares.
The measurements for this block are:
Color #1: Four 2 inch squares and one 4 1/4 inch for the center. You will also need 2 3/8 inch squares cut in half diagonally to give four triangles.
Color #2: Four 2 3/8 inch squares cut in half diagonally for four triangles. One 2 3/8 square.
If you remember to make a Diamond in the Square and the Dutchman’s Puzzle, it goes together very easily.

Thank you for playing along! See you on Sunday, June 23 with the next installment.
